The concept of conscious connection and awareness, through yoga, has changed our lives.  Our mission is to manifest a space where openness, freedom, and support create a foundation for growth and self exploration.  OHMGrown Yoga is about mindful humans trying to live a better life.

MINDFUL
Relieve anxiety by learning how to be still and focus inward. Create a sense of calm and bring more consciousness to your actions.

POWERFUL
We offer a variety of yoga styles geared towards helping students feel possibility in their own bodies.  Through breath and physical movement, students will experience a wider range of flexibility and mobility, as well as improved focus and concentration.

COMPLETE

Yin & Crystal Bowls

The first Friday of every month

 7:30-8:45

Join us for a relaxing evening of Yin Yoga with Deb Cioffi, accompanied by a healing

sound bath by Pam Kofsky on singing bowls.  Each month will be a slightly different

experience as you journey through the body’s energy centers, or chakras. 
Space is limited, please sign up in advance. 

 

 

 

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Fall/ Winter 2020 Required Dates:

Sept. 25-27, Oct. 23-25, Nov. 20-22, Dec. 18-20, Jan 15-17

Our training will cover:

anatomy/physiology, sequencing, technique, movement mechanics, philosophy
