In our foundational 200-hour teacher training we will deep dive into the teachings of yoga to provide a comprehensive experience that gives you the tools you need to safely and confidently create and teach Vinyasa-style yoga classes. Through an exploration of yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, and other essential skills, you will find your authentic voice and self in the seat of the teacher.
Our teacher training isn’t just about the mechanics of teaching yoga, it’s a journey inward. Through the training process you’ll begin to step into your own inner authority, hone your presentation skills, and develop new insights about your own inner state of being. Whether you intend to teach publicly or not, yoga teacher training provides a strong foundation in the teachings and application of yoga.
We highly recommend a minimum of six months of consistent practice before signing up.

Our weekend intensives run Friday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm and Saturdays and Sundays 7:00am-6:00pm.

Payment Plans
Payment Plans are offered over the course of 5 months and incur a small fee to cover processing fees. All accounts must be paid in full by 5/1/27.
Full Tuition: $3,450/5 months = $690 per month
Community: $2,750/5 months = $550 per month
Work Exchange: $1,850/5 months = $370 per month
